Pollo Margarita -
Grilled chicken or pollo asado, as it’s known in Mexico, with a lime and pepper twist, served with pico de gallo, Mexican rice and a staple of any Tex-Mex restaurant, the cheese enchilada with queso sauce .
We combine traditional preparations with fresh ingredients to create dishes that are a combination of both their Mexican origins and Texas setting.
The Tex in Tex-Mex, high quality ingredients go into our American dishes as well. No matter which portion of the menu you order from, you will be satisfied.
